I’ve been cooking with this and I really love it. (Pardon the photography equipment. Kind of hard to avoid reflections with stainless! Ha.)
Next to an iron skillet, a good stainless skillet has always been one of my favorites.
And the copper bottom is really wonderful from a heat-conductivity perspective. Yahoo!
